



I eventually tried the version for the Intel NUC out of desperation but when I tried to run the firmware update for the HP Thunderbolt Dock G2, it updated the DisplayPort Hub, Audio Base but failed on the Base Microcontroller. I tried Windows Updates but it says I'm up to date. When I go to, that page redirects me to the HP support page for the HP-specific one. I tried downloading directly from Intel but they only have a version available for the Intel NUC. Has anyone been able to find a version of the Intel Thunderbolt 3 Secure Connect Software version 17.3.73.350 or later for Windows 10? That's the most recent driver listed on my support page, 17.3.72.250 Rev.A. The installer says I have N/A Installed version but when I go to my Device Manager and look it up there, I'm on version 17.3.72.2 or version 0.0.01 behind what I need to install the firmware.
